First-year students MAP out next four years

On July 20, Oglethorpe University welcomed incoming students to campus for MAP Day (Making a Petrel), an event for students who have committed to attend Oglethorpe starting in fall 2018. During MAP Days, first-year students meet with their advisors, enroll in fall semester classes, and receive their official Petrel Pass student IDs.

On June 22, Oglethorpe University welcomed incoming students to campus for MAP Day (Making a Petrel), for students who have committed to attend Oglethorpe. During MAP Days, first-year students meet with their advisors, enroll in fall semester classes, and receive their official Petrel Pass student IDs.

During the three MAP Days, first-year students meet with their advisors, enroll in fall semester classes, and receive their official Petrel Pass student IDs.

First-year students MAP out next four years

On July 21, Oglethorpe welcomed 84 incoming students for the third and final summer orientation, known as a MAP (Making a Petrel) Day. Oglethorpe's mascot is the Stormy Petrel. During MAP Day, these first-year students enrolled in their fall semester classes and received their official Petrel Pass student IDs. Classes start August 21, 2017.
